- Cloud AI features send audio or text to remote services per your settings. See in-app notices and the product Privacy Policy on the website.
- Local transcription processes audio on your machine when that mode is selected.

- Contact form: Use the contact form while signed in with the same account you use in the app. Signed-in requests pre-fill your plan, AI usage balance, and environment details. In the extension, Help / Support opens with a valid session and license.
