v1.3.0
LatestOct 13, 2026Stacked captions in Premiere, Sound FX and a smarter Clean Up
New
- Stacked captions in Premiere: each caption is built as a block with its keywords emphasized, and Edit words lets you move, scale and restyle every word
- Sound FX: add a sound on each word, line or caption, with a built-in sound or your own file
- Voiceover (beta): AI narration from your captions or a script, straight onto the timeline, with a license or Pro
- Script match: paste the script you recorded from, and Clean Up keeps the best take of each line
- AI check in Clean Up: AI marks retakes, fillers and talk about the recording, like "is it recording?", for you to remove
- Fix captions: replace the words the transcription always gets wrong, all at once
- J-cut in Clean Up (Premiere): each clip's audio starts a few frames early, for tighter cuts
- Auto Zoom: Rhythm places zooms at a steady pace for free, and each zoom can have its own anchor
- Captions tab: a toolbar under the word you are editing, a label on each pause in the speech, and Merge into 2 or 3 lines
- An eyedropper in the color pickers picks a color from your video
- Request a caption style you can't find, right from the preset list
Improved
- With Pro, or a license with active updates, the small AI tools use no AI credits up to a daily limit: emoji, highlight and Supersize suggestions, Chapters, Auto Zoom, Auto B-roll and more
- A ring in the panel shows your AI credits, and Usage history lists what each run used
- Find Repetitions catches more broken-off takes, a sentence said twice, filler words and hesitations
- Drag across the review waveform to cut any stretch of audio, or press I and O while it plays
- Hide the cuts in the Repetitions review to read and hear the result before you cut
- Gentler Remove Silences defaults that keep quiet words, with presets and a level slider
- Clean Up always keeps your original
- Premiere: each sequence keeps its own captions, and reading them from the timeline is about 9 times faster
- Settings > Layout: one click puts the caption at the top, middle or bottom
- What's New in the panel takes you to the features you have not tried yet
Fixed
- Premiere: new captions no longer overwrite the clips on your top video track
- Premiere: a caption too wide for the frame shrinks to fit, and Fade fades captions in and out
- Premiere: captions no longer render blank after Premiere stays open for days
- Premiere: Remove Captions removes only MotionCaption's captions
- After Effects: stopping a generation no longer removes your previous captions
- Translate keeps your highlights and emojis
